Site blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a key identifying various sections of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including plans for boat shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing congressional release.
