The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" the American as the two fighters met personally to promote next month's bout.
Former two time world title holder Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Mindset
"I will damage his features and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to really want to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
In spite of such comments, a composed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually known for his dramatics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul instead attacked former Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and called him "not serious" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, criticized British opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Opponent
Despite saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mostly fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Attraction
Still, the relative newcomer is still one of boxing's biggest money-making draws, frequently receiving substantial financial rewards.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old anticipated a knockout win in rounds four or five and asserted he would prevent the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As Joshua and Paul met for the usual confrontation, with their size difference clearly visible, it highlighted just how unlikely this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is really proceeding.
